Scottish punk band The Exploited have been on the music scene since 1979, until the present day. This band, which has a lot of social and anti-war themes in its lyrics, was also a big critic of Margaret Thatcher's policies in the 1980s and her Falklands War. Nowadays the band presents itself more with the genre crossover thrashwhich it transformed into in the late '80s.
